      Overview

      The Sales Administrator plays a pivotal role in supporting all sales channels within the company. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient and effective communication between sales representatives, customers, and various internal departments. The Sales Administrator facilitates smooth sales operations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring documentation and processes are maintained to support timely sales conversions.

      Reports To: Sales Administrator Supervisor

      Department: Residential Sales

      Job Status: Non-Exempt

      Responsibilities:
      • Respond to sales representative inquiries regarding account information via chat and email.
      • Manage customer emails received by the sales department, providing service information, and addressing questions as needed.
      • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for timely resolution.
      • Support sales representatives by promptly troubleshooting and resolving system-related issues.
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for accounts and sales activities submitted by representatives.
      • Ensure all required documentation is completed, processed, and routed to the appropriate departments to support account setup and installation.
      • Monitor and assist with the progression of sales through the pipeline to ensure timely movement.
      • Ensure sales processes are followed efficiently to help expedite customer installations.
      • Manage and maintain HubSpot records to ensure accuracy and consistency.
      • Monitor and respond to voicemails left for the sales department, ensuring timely and appropriate follow-up.
      • Build Commercial & SMB accounts in the CRM when needed.
      • Remote position working from home


      Qualifications:
      • High school diploma or equivalent required.
      • 1+ years in sales, support, administrator or similar roles in a call center environment.
      • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
      • Proficiency with CRM systems and other sales support tools is preferred.
      • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
