      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Actively prospect and build relationships with new clients, converting leads into valuable partnerships
      - Sell a range of payment solutions and navigate complex hardware and software needs
      - Build pipeline, convert leads, and consistently exceed sales targets
      - Collaborate with various bank units to maximize client profitability and identify cross-selling opportunities
      - Accurately report leads, opportunities, and status updates within the CRM system

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree
      - At least 4 years of proven sales experience in financial services with a track record of closing deals
      - Ability to multitask and manage complex tasks in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
      - Exceptional communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years of experience in merchant services sales within the $3-$50 million space
      - Previous sales expertise in the business/middle market space
      - Proficiency in Salesforce and various software programs including Word and Excel
      - Fluency in an additional language
      - Ability to creatively approach challenges and find beneficial solutions
