      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct outbound and inbound calls to patients identified as eligible for the employer's Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) program
      - Educate patients on the purpose, benefits, and insurance coverage of the RPM program
      - Obtain verbal consent and collect required information to complete enrollments accurately
      - Assist patients with the installation, activation, and use of monitoring devices
      - Maintain compliance with HIPAA and organizational privacy standards while achieving enrollment and activation goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of three (3) years of call center-based sales experience, preferably in healthcare or patient enrollment
      - Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales or performance goals
      - Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
      - Knowledge of healthcare terminology, insurance processes, and HIPAA compliance standards

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and virtual communication tools
      - Ability to guide patients through device installation and troubleshooting
      - Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
