      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a point of contact for basic client and vendor inquiries
      - Manage opportunity registration and tracking processes, ensuring accurate client information
      - Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings and managing timelines
      - Develop initial financial models, including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return on Investment (ROI) analyses
      - Support the development of presentation decks and assist with change management activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - 1-3 years of experience in an analytical, project coordination, consulting, or sales support role
      - Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial modeling preferred
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is desirable
      - Proficiency in SaaS tools, with a preference for Google Suite and automation experience
      - Demonstrated AI competency through applied real-life examples
