What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze agent performance metrics, including quote-to-bind and retention trends
- Build dashboards and self-service tools to assist sales managers in identifying growth opportunities
- Provide insights to support agency recruiting and national account strategies
- Conduct forecasting for new business, retention, and agent-level growth
- Translate complex data into clear narratives and visuals for stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-7 years of analytics experience, ideally within the P&C insurance sector
- Strong understanding of the independent agent channel and insurance KPIs
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one analytics/statistical language (Python or R)
- Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems used in insurance distribution
- Experience in building predictive models or using machine learning frameworks
- Background working directly with sales teams, national accounts, or territory managers
