What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support Sales Executives and Account Executives in generating and retaining profitable business within small and mid-sized employer segments
- Collaborate with general agents, brokers, and benefit administrators to achieve growth objectives
- Maintain effective communication with members and internal resources to support business goals
- Assist in the administration of health plan coverage for members
- Travel to the office approximately once per quarter for team meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must obtain a Life and Health Insurance License in Virginia within 90 days of hire
- Valid driver's license required
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in business acumen, administrative roles, or customer relations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
