      WISE Digital Partners provides digital marketing strategy, technology, and services for small and mid-sized businesses prepared for growth. Our typical client's revenue range is $1M to $25M, though we do have some larger clients under $50M. We operate in 3+ countries with over 100 clients across 30 industries, though our most common client industries are professional services (legal, accounting, etc.) and home services (Plumbing, HVAC, etc.).       About the role:

      We're a fast-growing full-service digital marketing agency seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Accounts Coordinator to support our sales and accounts teams. This is a behind-the-scenes role focused on organizing processes, supporting team operations, and ensuring internal teams and systems run smoothly.

      Roles & Responsibilities:

      This is a full time position. At least 4 hours of your work day must overlap with Pacific Time 9am to 5pm.

      • Attend weekly sales and account team meetings and document key takeaways. Provide updates on tasks and projects that you've been assigned/are working on.
      • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in existing sales and account management processes.
      • Support sales team members in various research tasks.
      • Keep sales CRM records accurate and up to date, proactively inputting data from meetings and meeting notes.
      • Maintain and optimize the organization of sales folders in Google Drive.
      • Develop and manage a centralized sales knowledge database (platform to be determined). This will be used to train and manage new salespeople.
      • Create & send client agreements and set up client folders.
      • Hand off new clients from sales to project management in our company CRM.
      • Assist in building quarterly strategy presentations for the company's account managers using pre-set templates in Gamma.
      • Post new job openings and assist in the hiring process for the sales and accounts teams.

      Desired Skills & Experience:

      • Strong organizational and communication skills (Slack, email, video).
      • Familiarity with CRM & Project Management platforms (we use ClickUp).
      • Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
      • Basic proficiency in tools like HelloSign and Gamma (or willingness to learn).
      • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
      • A self-starter attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

      Type: Full-Time

      Schedule: Flexible schedule with a minimum of 4 hours overlap during the 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific business day.
