What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build relationships with families to promote and sell youth soccer programs
- Generate leads through outreach efforts, including phone calls, emails, and in-person conversations
- Guide parents in selecting the right programs for their children based on needs and interests
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and drive growth
- Communicate effectively with both adults and children, fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong competitive drive with a natural desire to win
- Previous sales experience or instincts in connecting with people and generating excitement
- Ability to build rapport with families and understand their needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Spanish
- Team player who can work independently and take initiative
