      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Field customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve questions and concerns
      - Calmly de-escalate and resolve customer issues as needed
      - Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
      - Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
      - Meet defined sales objectives and provide feedback on call issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
      - General knowledge of Windows-based systems and comfort with desktop computer systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Customer service and/or sales experience
      - College degree preferred but not required
