What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft, modify, coordinate, and implement BEOs for each event
- Collaborate with guests and the onsite team to finalize event charges accurately and on time
- Develop and execute sales strategies to maintain high occupancy and profitability
- Increase revenue through strategic outbound sales efforts, including phone solicitation
- Organize meetings with department heads and provide sales activity reports
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a sales professional, preferably in hospitality
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to revise contracts
- Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Proven track record of sales success in lead generation and closing deals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
