      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct presentations to community administrators and groups of seniors about wellness and mental health programs
      - Implement health and wellness programs in senior living facilities
      - Travel extensively between senior living facilities throughout Northern California
      - Enroll facility residents into Clarity's wellness and mental health programs
      - Collaborate with team members to enhance service offerings and patient engagement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience working with the senior population (55+), preferably in healthcare
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to travel frequently within Northern California, including occasional overnight stays
      - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
      - Must demonstrate a genuine passion for working with seniors

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ability to communicate in Spanish or Mandarin
      - Experience in sales or program implementation within a healthcare setting
      - Familiarity with med tech solutions and their application in senior wellness
