      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate all activities related to the production of sales proposals, including document compilation and submission
      - Manage and maintain Salesforce data, ensuring accuracy and organization of sales documents
      - Maintain and distribute sales and operations reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
      - Facilitate communication between the operations team and corporate support staff
      - Support the implementation or improvement of operational systems and processes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
      - Working knowledge of computer applications, particularly Excel
      - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
      - Strong customer service orientation with a focus on exceeding expectations
      - Ability to effectively manage tasks in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a sales or operations support role
      - Familiarity with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce
      - Experience with data reporting and analytics
      - Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
      - Understanding of business ethics and professionalism in workplace interactions
