      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Reach out to hospitals, clinics, universities, workforce organizations, and community groups to introduce the employer as a housing resource
      - Assist in getting added to hospital "housing resources" pages and connect with administrators
      - Support local networking and foster partnerships to enhance clinician onboarding and housing accessibility
      - Perform relationship-building and communication-heavy tasks, including emails and follow-ups
      - Log outreach activities, conduct research, and update contact lists during flexible hours

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong communication skills, both email and phone
      - Reliable, organized, and able to follow through on tasks
      - Comfortable speaking with hospital and business staff
      - Must have prior experience in sales, outreach, customer service, or a similar role
      - Available during business hours for most outreach efforts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Outgoing personality and willingness to engage frequently with managers and executives
      - Experience in healthcare operations or startup environments
