- Grow the Parts Trading customer base through parts sales and trading activity, achieving budgeted and stretch sales targets
- Manage key accounts; Establish and maintain strong customer relationships and oversee the transaction process from initial sales call to product delivery
- Actively propose system improvements to speed up response times and service delivery to customers.
- Record sales opportunities and customer updates on CRM, draft and maintain account management plan.
- Attend conferences and other industry events to expand network and source new leads, collating and sharing market intelligence with the wider team
- 3+ years experience in aviation sales or equivalent
- Efficient time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and influencing skills; able to deal with airlines, MROs and lessors, at senior management levels.
- Results focused with strong attention to detail, good numerical reasoning and drafting skills.
- Flexible, robust, strong team player, open to new ideas and self-driven.
- Always act with honesty, integrity and take responsibility.
- Background in sales or leasing within aviation and a passion for the industry preferred.
- Frequent international travel is required.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales & Trading Executive to join our RRPF team.
Rolls-Royce & Partners Finance Limited (“RRPF”) is a jet engine leasing company with the largest global portfolio of Rolls-Royce and IAE V2500-A5 aero engines. We provide medium and long - term spare engine leasing and bespoke financial solutions to airlines, aircraft lessors and OEMs and support over 60 customers worldwide with a portfolio of over 500 jet engines.
This role sits within the Parts Trading Team; a fast-paced, close-knit team responsible for maximising the residual value of our engines and providing aftermarket solutions to MROs and airlines.
To be successful in this role you will need to have experience and a passion for the aviation industry, exposure to sales or leasing, an eye for detail, be capable of working with a diverse mix of external customers and internal partners.
