What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage in a rotational program within the Go to Market organization
- Develop a strong understanding of the employer's value proposition
- Execute assigned training activities and conduct research for key accounts
- Help source lists of ideal customers for the Business Development Representative (BDR) teams
- Support day-to-day operational needs of the team and learn the sales process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Less than 1 year of working experience (New Graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong communication, networking, and presenting skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while producing tangible results
- Adaptability to change and enjoyment of learning in a fast-paced environment
- Superior attention to detail and a strategic thinker with a bias toward action
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior working experience (can include part-time or work during school breaks)
- Long-term interest in a Sales role
- Team player with a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver excellence
