      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide clerical support to the sales department, ensuring accurate documentation and record-keeping
      - Pull information for sales renewals, including preparing premium calculations and profitability assessments
      - Prepare summaries of historical loss information for internal and external stakeholders
      - Update the CRM system and maintain organized prospect folders
      - Ensure compliance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Two to five years of advanced experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
      - Minimum of two years working in a sales department
      - Training or experience in computer applications
      - Ability to manage time effectively and demonstrate strong organizational skills
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Relevant certifications in finance or insurance
      - Prior experience with CRM software
      - Experience in Insurance, PEO, and/or Worker's Compensation is a plus
