What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle customer inquiries via telephone, email, chat, and fax with professionalism and accuracy
- Resolve complex questions and escalate issues as necessary
- Initiate and manage projects, ensuring effective communication and documentation
- Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and maintain data confidentiality
- Mentor new hires and existing team members, sharing knowledge and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 0-2 years of customer service or data entry experience
- Advanced knowledge of product offerings and insurance regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and company systems
- Strong oral and written communication skills
