      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support to the Senior Account Executive, including CRM and task management in Salesforce
      - Conduct research on law firms and industry news, and support outbound marketing campaigns
      - Coordinate calendar appointments, client meetings, and manage logistics for events
      - Handle occasional client interactions and ensure timely follow-through on requests
      - Generate Salesforce reports to identify trends and maintain client profiles

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Comfort with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
      - Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
      - High level of professionalism and customer service mindset
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust quickly in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Legal field experience preferred
      - Salesforce experience is a plus
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
