      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support a Territory Representative (TR) during the training phase
      - Assume ownership of several accounts following successful training completion
      - Maintain existing revenue streams and build new opportunities
      - Attend surgical cases in the operating room to support the sales process
      - Secure hospital approvals and gain surgeon support for products

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum of 6 months of outside B2B sales experience
      - Proven experience in face-to-face selling
      - Consistent track record of achieving sales goals
      - Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time, including some overnight trips
      - Demonstrated flexibility and a willingness to be coached and developed
