What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist Sales Representatives in the sales, promotion, and marketing of medical technology products
- Educate healthcare professionals on the proper use, functionality, and updates of products
- Tailor promotional messages and advise on appropriate product selections based on customer knowledge
- Analyze territory market potential and prioritize call patterns accordingly
- Resolve customer complaints and answer inquiries regarding product functionality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in an outside sales position, preferably in medical-related fields
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) required
- Completion of in-house product training program
- Ability to communicate effectively with large groups and telephonically
- Must be able to exert physical force as needed and drive an automobile

- Experience in field sales training
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing deals
- Knowledge of competitive medical technology products and market dynamics
