What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support a Territory Representative (TR) during the initial training phase
- Take ownership of several accounts following successful completion of training
- Maintain existing revenue while building pipeline momentum of opportunities
- Attend surgical cases in the operating room to ensure effective product use
- Secure hospital approvals and surgeon support for product implementation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 6 months of outside B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals in face-to-face selling environments
- Strong relationship-building, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time, including some overnight stays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated flexibility and openness to coaching and development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word and Outlook
