What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support a Territory Representative and gradually take ownership of several accounts post-training
- Maintain existing revenue and build pipeline momentum of opportunities
- Attend surgical cases in the operating room
- Secure hospital approvals and gain surgeon support
- Perform additional duties as assigned in support of business needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 6 months of outside B2B sales experience with a track record of attaining sales goals
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time, including some overnight travel
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word and Outlook

- Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to be coached and developed
