What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support a Territory Representative and transition to owning several accounts post-training
- Attend surgical cases in the operating room
- Maintain existing revenue and build pipeline momentum of opportunities
- Secure hospital approvals and surgeon support
- Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 6 months of outside B2B sales experience
- Proven track record of attaining sales goals through face-to-face selling
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time, including some overnight stays
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the medical device industry
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, including Word and Outlook
- Demonstrated flexibility and willingness to be coached and developed
- Strong organizational skills and critical thinking abilities
- Commitment to community service and women's health initiatives
