What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct daily consultations with pre-qualified potential clients to understand their legal situation and guide them through the intake process
- Develop in-depth knowledge of criminal law and the firm's approach to various case types
- Show empathy and professionalism during client interactions to build trust and confidence
- Represent the firm's values of zealous advocacy and premium client service in every call
- Help clients navigate one of the most stressful times in their lives by providing clarity and first-rate representation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must enjoy conducting consultations and have experience in client acquisition
- Strong phone sales skills with the ability to connect and engage with potential clients
- Active California Bar license or a clear plan to obtain one; or an active Bar license from another state for 5+ years; or a Bar license from a state with reciprocity with California
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Passion for helping clients and guiding them through legal challenges

- Previous experience in phone-based sales or client consultations
- Familiarity with criminal law and defense strategies
- Proven ability to handle questions and concerns from potential clients confidently
