      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively seek new business opportunities and maintain trusted partnerships with key decision-makers
      - Qualify opportunities to assess partnership fit and gain valuable market intelligence
      - Collaborate with the operations team to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service
      - Develop and present pursuit materials at client meetings, trade shows, and conferences
      - Utilize CRM for activity tracking and achieve monthly quotas for new sales

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree
      - Proven experience in a client-facing sales role, such as Business Development Representative or Sales Account Executive
      - Strong track record with sales techniques, including cold calling and lead generation
      - Excellent communication skills and ability to establish and maintain customer relationships
      - Ability to travel to client sites within Southwest Florida as needed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the service industry with commercial contract sales; prior commercial landscape experience is a plus
      - Knowledge of Pipedrive (CRM) for managing sales activities
      - Proven ability to deliver engaging presentations and proposals
