  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Make over 300 outbound telemarketing calls daily to prospective patients
  - Convert leads into new patients by understanding their needs and articulating the employer's unique value proposition
  - Schedule initial doctor's appointments and meet daily/weekly/monthly quotas
  - Utilize sales skills including rapport building, active listening, and overcoming objections
  - Participate in mandatory training and maintain professionalism in a remote work environment
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School diploma or equivalent required; undergraduate degree preferred
  - Must have call center outbound sales experience and/or telemarketing experience
  - Ability to work in a base + bonus salary structure
  - Proficient in using technology and navigating multiple systems while communicating with prospects
  - Strong attendance and time management skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM
  - Prior remote work experience
  - Coachable with a desire to learn and adapt to a new industry
  - Excellent listening and communication skills
  - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
