Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
• Speak with inbound prospects who requested information
• Conduct virtual consultations (phone/Zoom)
• Educate clients on financial protection & retirement strategies
• Build relationships and guide clients to the right solution
• Close deals and scale your production
Qualifications
Who You Are:
• Experience in telesales or virtual sales (preferred, but not required)
• Strong communicator - you can influence, not just talk
• Self-disciplined - no one needs to babysit you
• Competitive - average is not your standard
• Coachable - you follow systems that work
Compensation: This is commission-based with bonuses.
