What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and manage the end-to-end sales closing process, from warm lead engagement to final contract negotiation
- Conduct in-person presentations, demos, and negotiations with prospective clients
- Understand client logistics needs and craft customized delivery and transportation solutions
- Collaborate closely with the operations team to ensure service capabilities align with client expectations
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate pipeline activity and forecasting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of proven experience in sales closing, ideally in the transportation, logistics, or freight industry
- Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise-level account management
- Experience selling services to retailers, distributors, or manufacturers is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; confident in face-to-face and remote communication
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital sales reporting systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Comfortable attending in-person client meetings across the U.S. when required
- Based in the United States, preferably within commuting distance to New York HQ
