      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Participate in a training program covering essential sales functions and customer operations
      - Accompany Regional Sales Managers to understand sales processes and customer needs
      - Engage with team members during customer service visits and equipment startups
      - Assist in acquiring new business and maintaining existing customer accounts
      - Provide administrative support to Regional Sales Managers and the Applications Engineering team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field
      - Must be located in the Northeast, preferably New York
      - Ability to travel up to 80% of the time on a weekly basis
      - Basic understanding of business and operations/maintenance practices
      - Exceptional communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the paper industry
      - Comfort with hands-on work, tools, and equipment during customer service support visits
