      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop office staff professionals by orienting them to the sales process and providing strategic resources and assistance
      - Monitor KPIs and determine coaching needs through in-field visits and consultations with management
      - Deliver targeted coaching to doctors and office staff to drive results and address specific areas of opportunity
      - Review recorded consults weekly and provide formal feedback to enhance performance
      - Share best practices with peers to improve program effectiveness and personal skill set

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of previous sales or training experience, preferably in the dental industry
      - Ability to influence performance without a direct reporting relationship
      - Strong aptitude for training, performance management, and motivating others
      - Ability to conduct up to 20% travel within Charlotte, Greensboro, or Raleigh territories

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in coaching or mentoring sales professionals within the healthcare or dental field
      - Proven success in driving sales performance and treatment plan acceptance
      - Familiarity with patient education and treatment plan presentation techniques
