      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the end-to-end compensation operations lifecycle, ensuring smooth plan execution and field support
      - Translate compensation strategy into clear business requirements for system configuration and operational processes
      - Manage inputs, timelines, stakeholder approvals, and communication across Finance, HR, Legal, and Sales
      - Maintain the global commission calendar, coordinating eligibility, plan exceptions, and quota tie-outs
      - Ensure compliance with internal controls related to variable compensation and prepare for audit readiness

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of experience in Sales Compensation, Revenue Operations, or Finance within a SaaS or recurring revenue business
      - Experience managing a global sales compensation program with cross-functional complexity
      - Strong understanding of quota, attainment, and variable pay structures
      - Excellent project management and stakeholder coordination skills
      - Familiarity with CaptivateIQ and Salesforce, and working knowledge of ASC 606

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with consumption-based compensation models is a plus
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to think strategically and operationalize efficiently
