What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and target potential new customers within the small to medium market segment
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through effective lead qualification and prioritization
- Deliver engaging demonstrations and persuasive sales presentations to convert leads into customers
- Manage contract negotiations to secure agreements aligning with customer needs and company objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in business-to-business sales with a focus on new business development
- Strong proficiency in negotiation tactics and persuasive communication of complex value propositions
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent organizational skills, including management of the customer purchase process and contract negotiations
- Ability to work legally in the country of hire
