What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and qualify new client and channel partner leads
- Schedule and facilitate meetings and presentations with prospects
- Conduct consultative prospect meetings with Producers, Account Managers, and Leadership
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with preferred partners
- Track all sales activities in the company CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales
- 2 plus years of experience in Business-to-Business channel sales
- Must be able to learn the healthcare benefits industry quickly and pass state licensing within the first 60 days
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to pass a background check
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience with preparing proposals and financial analysis
- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent presentation and listening skills
- Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time during the off-season
