What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Begin the sales route with pre-set appointments, engaging with new and repeat clients
- Build rapport with customers to assess their organizational needs
- Walk through homes to evaluate opportunities for improvement
- Educate customers on products and services offered
- Utilize communication skills to assist residential customers with their home organization needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- No degree, certification, or sales experience needed
- Full-time availability; part-time hours of 25-29 hours per week
- Must be coachable and willing to complete 12-week paid sales training
- Reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
