      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain and optimize CRM to ensure accurate lead tracking, pipeline visibility, and reporting consistency across Canada and the U.S.
      - Coordinate logistics for BD meetings, conferences, industry events, and outreach campaigns
      - Conduct market research to identify upcoming opportunities, procurement notices, and emerging industry trends
      - Support communication between BD, Marketing, and Operations by coordinating timelines and sharing updates
      - Monitor internal requests and follow up to keep tasks on track

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
      - 3-5 years of experience in sales coordination, business development support, or marketing operations
      - Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable working with diverse teams across borders
      - High proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), and event management tools
