What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate quotes and Scope of Work (SOW) for prospective client projects
- Review client scope of work and utilize estimator tools to create budgets and proposals
- Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty
- Assist project managers in executing change orders and managing open opportunities
- Prepare and attend trade shows and networking events to promote business growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1+ years of team support or customer service experience
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to match business content style
- High proficiency in Office 365 Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks independently
- Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ years of experience as a sales coordinator is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Experience with CRM systems or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
