What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage purchasing, maintenance, and delivery timelines for orders
- Proactively communicate order status via phone and email
- Prioritize and complete tasks based on urgency
- Ensure accuracy and timely processing of orders to improve customer satisfaction
- Continuously seek to improve system efficiencies and business practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Prior sales and/or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated integrity
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Capacity to learn quickly, multi-task, and organize work efficiently
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
- Results-oriented and service-minded approach
