What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Guide individuals and families through funeral or memorial planning using sales presentations and provided tools
- Provide options that meet the unique needs of families, including explaining service packages and associated costs
- Manage CRM and lead database, generating new leads through various methods
- Plan and conduct community outreach events to build relationships and generate leads
- Complete all required paperwork and processes necessary to finalize sales and deliver services/products
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Business, Marketing, or Sales preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for offsite appointments
- Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Excel and Outlook) required
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

- Experience working in a CRM (lead management system)
- Strong attention to detail with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
