What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Field customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and social media, providing innovative solutions
- Calmly resolve and de-escalate customer issues as necessary
- Escalate complex interactions to appropriate channels when needed
- Process requests for assistance and payments, ensuring accurate tracking for auditing
- Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve service quality
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous customer service and/or sales experience
- College degree preferred but not required
