What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Begin sales routes with pre-scheduled appointments, utilizing provided leads and marketing materials
- Build rapport with customers to understand their home organization needs
- Conduct in-home assessments to identify opportunities for product solutions
- Educate customers about products and services offered
- Follow structured sales training and apply communication skills to assist residential clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- No degree, certification, or prior sales experience required
- Must demonstrate a coachable attitude
- Growth mindset with a willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training
- Reliable access to a motor vehicle, along with a valid driver's license and auto insurance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service or sales roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with home design or organizational products
