What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and engage with small customers to understand their transportation needs and buying decisions
- Develop and maintain customer relationships that lead to growth and long-term partnerships
- Conduct market trend analysis to identify outreach strategies and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with various teams to create a cohesive sales strategy focused on customer acquisition and retention
- Negotiate customer rate increases and meet or exceed sales growth targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience
- Fluent English language skills for effective communication with internal and external customers
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience using a CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)

- Previous experience or ability to learn about the transportation industry
