      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support the Sales Development team by learning key performance metrics and enablement strategies
      - Assist in the creation and execution of training programs for new SDRs
      - Collaborate with various teams to understand the sales enablement process
      - Master cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement for lead generation
      - Research and gain insights into the trucking and logistics industry

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be a college student with a strong work ethic and desire to learn
      - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building rapport
      - Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Decks)
      - Strong preference for candidates graduating in Spring 2026
      - Must be able to work in-office in either Austin, TX or Nashville, TN

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - A passion for tech sales and building relationships
      - Experience or coursework related to sales or business development
      - Familiarity with the trucking and logistics industry
      - Prior experience in a customer-facing role
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
