What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and grow business through consistent communication with assigned retail sellers and internal teams
- Coach and train top retail sellers on products, programs, services, and technologies
- Execute strategic plans using tools such as the Account Plan and Farmer by Farmer (FxF) Plan
- Support retail sellers in meetings and coordinate with local manufacturer representatives
- Record account details and manage projects using CRM software (Salesforce)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture or business-related field plus 3 years of industry or direct sales experience; or 7 years of equivalent work experience
- Proactive communicator with strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to coach and mentor others and lead change
- Solid experience using Microsoft products and CRM software
- Valid state driver's license and ability to travel up to 50%
