What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance lead-to-enrollment conversion rates
- Identify and streamline admissions and sales workflow bottlenecks
- Collaborate with Marketing to align sales goals with campaign performance
- Coach Admissions Representatives and Training Center teams on effective prospect engagement
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or process improvement
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for actionable insights
- Excellent communication, coaching, and team-building abilities
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency with CRM systems and reporting tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in education or flight school environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated success in implementing systems that improved efficiency or conversion performance
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
