      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and coach a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) while actively participating in outbound strategy and high-priority prospecting
      - Conduct call reviews, live role-plays, and skill sessions to enhance SDR performance
      - Establish structured weekly operating rhythms for the team, including huddles and pipeline reviews
      - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to align on ideal customer profiles and outbound campaigns
      - Analyze SDR performance metrics and apply insights to drive continuous improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience managing SDRs or BDRs in a high-volume outbound environment
      - Proven ability to lead and contribute hands-on as a player-coach
      - Strong coaching skills with a focus on developing reps through call coaching and messaging refinement
      - Deep knowledge of outbound prospecting, sequencing, and objection handling
      - Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Navigator (or willingness to learn quickly)
