Job Description

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of current, future, and closed sales opportunities within the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system to support visibility and forecasting
- Leverage CRM data to create visual dashboards and reports that track progress toward sales goals and execution metrics; generate and deliver management reports, including opportunity status updates and win/loss trend analysis, to inform leadership decisions
- Partner with sales team throughout the Request For Proposal (RFP) process and provide support as needed
- Conduct background research on prospective clients to support sales strategy and opportunity qualification
- Monitor and analyze competitive intelligence and market activity to inform opportunity assessments and positioning; perform state-level surveillance for targeted regions to identify regulatory or market changes that may impact sales strategy
- Serve as the liaison to the sales toolbox owner contributing to the development and enhancement of sales enablement content
- Partner with regional sales stakeholders to identify and qualify local opportunities and provide actionable data to support pipeline development
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications or related area of study; HS diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED required
- 2 years work experience in Sales Operations, Business Development, Market Research, Proposal Management, Project Management, Sales, Data Analytics & Reporting, or Account Management
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Effective verbal and written communications skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and collaborate effectively across internal departments and externally with key stakeholders
- Organization and prioritization skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, under pressure and strict timeframes, without compromising quality
- Ability to represent the business and interact with external entities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint capabilities, proposal platforms, and emerging ability to navigate CRMs
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, time sensitive and results-oriented environment.
- Ability to execute on multiple projects and manage project timelines
- PBM/healthcare experience
- Experience using SalesForce CRM

Potential pay for this position ranges from $66,000.00 - $106,000.00 based on experience and skills.
