      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential real estate market
      - Develop and implement strategies to win back customers who have previously left the company
      - Conduct engaging and informative live product demos for executive-level audiences
      - Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and qualification through to negotiation and closing of deals
      - Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the PropTech or technology industry, with a focus on enterprise-level sales
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
      - Extensive network of contacts within Multiple Listing Services (MLS) and Associations of Realtors (AOR) across the United States
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
      - Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and sales tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in selling SaaS or technology solutions
      - Strong understanding of the residential real estate market and PropTech solutions
      - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
      - Self-motivated with a hunter mentality, capable of working independently and as part of a team
      - Passion for sales and achieving results
