What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify new prospective customers and business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels
- Qualify leads through discovery calls, assessing fit regarding budget, authority, need, and timeline
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or product demos with Account Executives
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline in the CRM and report on key metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, lead generation, or business development
- Proven success in outbound prospecting and lead generation
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to conduct discovery conversations and qualify opportunities
- Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and sales engagement tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling software, SaaS, enterprise technology, or IT infrastructure
- Understanding of APIs, data integration, cloud, or related technology fields
- Experience collaborating with marketing or product teams on messaging
- Exposure to enterprise accounts or selling to senior decision-makers
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
