What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate interest in the employer through cold outreach and outbound prospecting
- Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and emails to prospective customers within target accounts
- Qualify and convert target prospects into introductory meetings with Account Executives
- Collaborate with Account Executives on account strategy and pipeline creation
- Meet and maintain specific quotas and KPIs to achieve sales goals
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales development role or similar position
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to use sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Demonstrated history of persistence and urgency in a sales environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message training
- Previous experience in software sales or technology-related sales
- A strong desire to learn, grow, and excel in sales
- Notable achievements in previous roles that demonstrate sales acumen
- Experience working in a hybrid or remote environment
