What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect U.S.-based manufacturing companies through cold calling and email outreach
- Research accounts and contacts to personalize outreach efforts
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales services team
- Track activities and outcomes in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Collaborate with teammates and clients in English while following proven processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Advanced English proficiency (both spoken and written)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in SDR, BDR, or inside sales, or outbound prospecting in a B2B environment
- Comfortable with cold outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Strong written communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and coachable
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience selling to or supporting U.S. companies
- Background in manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, ORUM, or Dialpad
